Replacing harddrive on laptop

Hello,
I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop which has hdd failure, so it needs replacing. So while it needs replacing, I thought I might as well upgrade if possible.

It currently has a Seagate Momentus 320gb SATA harddrive, would I be able to fit this one? - Seagate 500GB Momentus XT 2.5" Hybrid SSD/HDD.. | Ebuyer.com

Or could you recommend any others?
