how do i speed up laptop

i have done all scans and every thing seems fine its really slowing loading up new screens when changing pages etc. my performance is coming up as 2.3 can i get it better

Was the laptop quick before? When you say new screens take long to load, do you mean internet explorer only or local stuff like microsoft office and other software?

if you have done the usuall stuff and its running the programs you want, but not quick enough. your best bet is to upgrade the ram
