Epson stylus sx115

i have a Epson stylus sx115 and a laptop running windows 7 and office 2007 and no matter what i do i cant print from word to my printer can print from everything else apart from word. i just get a comand prompt error could not start print job has anyone else had this problem ??

yeah i read that somewhere last night ive have a play about with the settings when i get in from work tonight thanks for ya advice.
