    Csrss.exe and winlogon.exe issues

Both csrss.exe & winlogon appear to be corrupted files and i need help removing them. I am running 64-bit windows 7. Both of these files appear on my task manager under processes. Both of them will not show properties or containing folder. The user name and description collumns are blank and when I try to end the process tree it says that I do not have permission to do so.

Now, I am aware that there are legitimate files that exist under these names as well but I've done a fair amount of research and it appears that they have been corrupted. When I login to my computer it sits at the welcome screen for about a minute and the rest of startup is slow. After that it seems to be fine, though my computer did bluescreen but only once.

I have Hijackthis 2.0 installed on my comp but I haven't used it yet, I figured that I would ask someone who knows what they're doing beforehand.

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
