Help I have forgotten my Bios password and I cant log in , ive tried to ring toshiba but they need my receipt when i bought the laptop which i do not have anymore , I have tried taken the Cmos battery out to no avail tried turning it on n holding on to number 0 till it beeps didnt work , havent tried shorting the jumpers as i do not know where it is i can see too silver pads next to the memory bay but not sure if it is as it doesnt have any writing to indicate cmos reset or something like that. so yea I do not want to wreck my little expensive junk yet as i got it for just under a grand. any ideas?

Make sure you have the battery (Main) out and not pluged in with charger and CMOS battery out. Short across the + and the - of the CMOS battery holder for a count of 3. Put everything back and start. Go right to the BIOS and set the date and any other personal settings you want. Save settings and be happy.
