You can download Combofix or malwarebytes this should remove it if you cant access the internet use a clean computer and put it on a usb pen drive then start your laptop in safe mode (F5 or F8) and run the software.
    Hope this helps

I had same problem/virus recently. I looked at every file and download on computer and eventually found it. It was a file with lower and upper case letters which really looked out of place-clicked on it-changed file name-restarted computer-file failed to start virus-went after renamed file which I called F*ck you opened it and deleted padlock image first-restarted and deleted other file-restarted and gave cp dose of malwarebytes-spybot and avg. Solved problem.
There's also some Youtube videos on this- it's called the 2011 virus. Good luck.

Download this spybot search & destory. And run it in your system. Good Luck. The home of Spybot-S&D!

I've found it can be quicker to remove the HDD from the laptop, stick it in a caddy & plug it into a fully protected computer.

Run Malwarebytes & Anti Virus software through the drive until it comes out free from nasties. Then just plug it back into the lappy.
