laptop fan help

hi guys last few days my acer travlemate 5515 has been sounding like a motorbike , I opened it up and the vents and fan was blocked
gave it a clean and now the fan just stays on , its still shaking a bit ,
do i need a new fan? if so ?12 a good deal?

did you brush it out or use blast of air to clean,dust around fan may make it stay on longer than normal,if board is dirty temp will rise and may mean fan stays running.

seams to be vibrating a bit now , it was filthy tbh
