prop res dll not loaded

Did any one know how to sole this problem?
It appear when I whant to print

Hi you can see if this helps...

goto c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\Lexmark_x 1100_seriesf27b
and copy lxbkprpr.dll to c:\windows\system32

if you don't have c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\Lexmark_x 1100_seriesf27b
then just search for the dll.

This will resolve the issue.
