windows media player audio

hi can anyone tell me why i cant get any audio on videos i have sent from my samsung lite phone to my computer i get the visual but no sound i have windows 7, thanks.im using windows media player can i get a sound codec ? thanks.

We had the same problem and installed Combined Community Codec Pack which sorted the problem for us

Had exactly the same problem m8 K-Lite codec pack will sort it and also play x264 blueray rips and also has ffshow that smirnoff recommended

Try VLC.....or your sound cards not set up correctly
