does anyone know, where you can get spy software and install with it on phone without physical access to the phone??

I have heard this can be done but not easy to get, I'm not talking about the fake crap you see online right now coz those dont work and they kinda run off with your money.

I have heard this can be done.

yes you sound like someone the police should be looking at as a potential pervert or stalker. "without physical access to the phone" dont come on here trying to get others to help you commit a crime.

Im not trying to commit a crime. If you must know im pretty sure my partner is up to something but I have nothing concrete. I can access her phone periodically to install any apps/software. So any advice/help on this matter would be welcome

It is a crime to install such software without the knowledge of the user! Unless you can get a judge to grant you a court order...

er, I think you'll find that in most civilised countries being your gf doesn't give you the right to hack her phone and it would still constitute a crime.
But in answer to your question, try talking to a British newspaper reporter. Apparently they know how to do it.
But seriously, confront her with your suspicions, if you allow this to fester it will eat it's way through your relationship and destroy it.

I've not installed anything yet at this stage it is merely speculation and if it is so illegal there is loads of co. on the net that charge you a fixed fee of this service. They get around the legalities by putting in there terms "owner must be notified or must get prior consent before using"

What if you wanted to use the software so you can track your kids so they are safe and you know where they are?

I have its a plain simple No/denial. Maybe something wrong with me? but my gut instincts have never failed me to date. I wish I never went into detail of why I want it because this thread is going down the line of what i need to do with my situation rather then focusing on my original quetion

As you would be a guardian to a child, you have legal authority to track them in law. That is until they reach the age of 18 and then without their written consent you'd be guilty of multiple crimes including breach of the data protection act!

With the distaste of the recent phone hackings by the NoTW etc., I'd expect you to get between two and five years in clink!

Most tracking software is self evident in use in as much as it will noticeably slow down the handset and will usually announce its presence on the device.
