disapearing e-mails on galaxy s

Can anyone help please I have set up pop account on galaxy s same as my pc addy. I can send and recieve emails no problem but if I open them on the galaxy they dissapear after about 30 sec. I don't fancy changing settings to imap as I can't have message rules to send them to specific folders on pc and I already have all settings set to leave the message on the server.

I have heard of similar happening on htc desire hd unfurtunatly don't know what the cure was as I didn't go in to it . I'm sure I've come across it on androidforums.

Got out sorted figured out that I had to enable both pop and imap on server then leave the pc set as pop and manually configure the phone as imap.works perfect now
