Probably a good idea to make sure it supports flash. I know certain Android phones don't and cannot do everything a flash enabled one does... TV Streams Show for instance, and I imagine a good few games.
I think the ARM processors DO NOT support flash... but don't quote me, check yaself.

To my knowledge, ARM CPUs support flash fine. Flash non-compatibilty is a software limitation.

As far as im aware, my galaxy s2 runs on an arm architecture processor, and flash works fine.

Well perhaps the newer ones do, but my point was check that it does run Flash, or you could be disappointed.
I know zapphodbb has a zte blade with 600 MHz ARM 11 processor, and it WILL NOT support flash, shadyback also has a phone that WILL NOT support flash.
