Huawei unlock, have a question..

Hiya,

My dongle doesnt ask for unlock code when I swop my sim over, I tried going through to link on unlock thread to get the thing to help and its asking me to prove my age, I cant do this as i only have a debit card, not a credit card..

What else can I do?? I have an o2 dongle and I want to put a 3 sim in. Im waiting for unlock code at mo but put sim in earlier to see what happened.
