hi guys my kids samsung taco lite stoped working yesterday and wont to know if its worth getting fixed, looks like the screen has froren, the touch screen will do nothing at all

Silly question... Have you pulled the battery out and popped it back? -
If after pulling the battery the phone still doesn't respond, it will need a new digitizer.
Check the water damage stickers in the phone before ordering a digitizer. They should be white, if they are red it's been in water & would need treating. It's possible for water to stop a digitizer from working without killing it.... Not very often though, most of the time it will need replacing.Canker

The markers are a lot smaller than that.
Not the same phone, but a good size example...
If that photo was from the phone in question then there's no sign of water damage from what I can see.
Will probably just need a new digitizer.Canker
