Is it possible to unlock NOKIA 1616 with a code or does anyone know a cheap way of doing it?

There is one ebay seller asking ?20 to do it, but the phone only cost ?17 new.

Sadly it's not a Nokia, it's made by Foxconn in India or China and the only bit Nokia is the badge!

No easy ways to unlock without special tools.

What network is it locked to? Some networks offer a free unlock code after a certain time or spend!
