Hi having problem with daughters phone, not holding a charge, brought a new genuine battery charged it as stated but still only lasting a day.

Can any one help

I have done a search regarding this phone and it says to turn off the 3g, to gsm but no GSM shown??

Any clues ( step by step guide please )

haye you tried a full reset??

Try this..turn of bluetooth, turn screen brightness to 50%..
Then when on the home screen press the volume button and scroll down to see the battery charge..if at 100 leave the phone for a day and see the status again the next day..

Hi i would just like to say thank you for taking time in replying to my problem, after loads of emails to sony and phone calls, they finally sent over an update for her phone that seems (fingers crossed) to have worked
