    Ipod 4th gen screen broken

    Hello guys ,
I broke the screen of my brand new (sic) Ipod touch , I found some kit that you buy online to change the screen yourself ...
Is this a good idea ? / Has anyone tried ?
Or should I bring it back to Apple ?
    Thank you

I no longer repair Ipod 4th gens due to the problems associated with taking them apart.

You have to be really careful on the left side as the power button ribbon is in a bad place & very easy to damage.
