Help finding nv_data.bin file on Samsung Galaxy Europa

hi, ive got a samsung galaxy europa which im trying to network unlock but all the guides ive read ask me to locate my nv_data.bin file, ive rooted my phone and done everything these guides say but the only file i can find is a bml3.bak file, does anyone know where the required file will be and how i can find it, cheers

Use root explorer mounted as R/W then open efs folder and there is where you will find the the bin file you are looking for.
