Not sure exactly what you want.

If you're looking for the PC software to connect your phone up with. You need to download either Samsung PC Suite or Kies.

If you just want the drivers so you can drag & drop files via windows explorer, here you go.

As long as the music files are in MP3 you should have no trouble getting them to play.
