lg gd510 wont let us put code in

the customer has a bought from new gd 510 but when he does the
2945#*510# bit but all options are unavailable if i had the phone here il use lgtool but this is remote unlock.

he has tried accepted and unaccepted simcards but still same

whats the problem here? its never been attempted unlock before and was bought from new

It has been know for networks to remove unlock functions by wiping the attempts counter.

Not sure if it can be recovered. If I get the time tomorrow I'll check with the local god of phone unlocking.

i sent the customer the other code to use for the ones that use the generic 7001 or 70001 cant remember what i sent him, his gonna try it tonight.
im thinking jim and canker that this has to be to do with his sim. im gonna ask him to try another original sim incase its a duff sim because these options should be open with correct sim.

like i said to him if i had the phone here then id deal with it worst way with lg tool. this one just does not make sense but i can only go on his feedback. more than likely his doing something wrong though.
