hi i have a samsung galaxy ace GT-S5830 and a friend of mine has sent me a video but for some reason i can not watch it!!! i do not no what format it is ie avi,mpeg is there anythink i can download to my phone to watch it thanks for your help all

perhaps he has sent you a DRM protected video?
most should play on the default player -
