Convert PRD to MEP

Can someone convert the PRD-22578-042 to a MEP for me please?

Im trying to unlock a BB for a friend whos abroad at the mo and wants to put a local sim in it.

The software I have uses the imei and mep but hes not in a place where he can hook it up to find this out..... only the imei and prd off the label.

Is there a calculator somewhere that does this of do people just built there own database up from unlocking phones?

Yep thats what im using but it uses mep and I only have the prd....

Im hoping to find out the mep somehow and put it in that software to email him the code to free it up
