You will need to wait a very long time! There is nothing free for the newer devices. Best to use DC Unlocker it's only around eight Euros...

I will try to contact DC-unlock to unlock my dongle.
Because I don't believe that DC-unlock my device.
When I look for on internet, I feel that it's difficult for anybody to unlock E353s-1.
Therefore I don't want to spend my money if it is not efficient.
I can pay 10 euro to do that. No problem.

I have used DC Unlocker myself and their service is second to none! They have a forum where you can ask all of your questions up-front before you pays your money!
