You get your PUK code from your service provider...

Then you want NCK or unlock code!

Is the phone working? If so, try a software update this may reset the code counter!

If you are trying to do this for free, then forget it. You have no chance on a Lumina 800 what so ever!!

            I think you're very confused.

I can guarantee that the PUK code is only related to that SIM card.
If you enter the SIM PIN code incorrectly too many times, the SIM then needs the PUK (Personal Unlock Key) & a new PIN setting up before the SIM will work.
The PUK code is only available from customer services for the network.

What will be happening is that the SIM PIN then the phone lock code (if active) are required before the phone will display the network unlock code entry box.
You have probably been trying to enter the network unlock code instead of the PIN code.

Take that SIM out & use another SIM. Or call the network for the PUK code.
If you enter the incorrect PUK code too many times the SIM will be disabled. At that point the SIM card will never work again.

If it asks for a security code the 'Lock SIM to phone' option has been activated. This requires a code to disable the function. Default code is 12345, but the chances are the code has been changed.

just go online to that network and they will email you puk or display it after you give them the phone number.

right this is in idiot speech

THE PHONE HAS A PASSWORD LOCK ON IT THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PUK IF ITS ASKING FOR THE PUK AFTER YOU PUT THE PINCODE IN AND ITS ACCEPTED SO GO TO SECURITY AND REMOVE THE PASSWORD PROTECTION.

THEN AS EVERYONE HAS SAID CONTACT YOUR NETWORK FOR THE PUK CODE THESE EXPIRE EVERY 7 DAYS SO CONTACT THEM AGAIN. ENTER THEIR PUK CODE

NOW YOU CAN ENTER THE PHONE NETWORK UNLOCK CODE. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS THEN TAKE YOUR PHONE TO A SHOP. BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT LISTENING AND MAYBE STICK TO PAYPHONES
