DC Unlocker supports all non-customised E353.

Unlock phone, modem or data card with DC-unlocker software

There is nothing reliable for free!!

There is a patch unlock that requires flashing, it's also in Italian!!

You risk your modem if all goes tits up!!!!

thanks mate i did it with the Italian, next question is ive put a 02 sim in, how do i now get it to connect to the net?

You'll need to set up a connection profile...

If using Mobile Partner:
Tools > Options > Profile Management
Click New
Click Static

Enter:
APN: mobile.o2.co.uk
Username: mobileweb
Password: password
Dial string is almost always *99#
Save
Click Default to make it the default profile.

Have you tried it on another PC?

If it works on another PC, uninstall all modem software from your own PC, reboot and try plugging in again...
