blackberry curve 9320

hi,

ive downloaded the bb unlock tool and used it to unlock a curve 8520 with no problems. i am now trying to unlock a curve 9320 but on both programmes it saying device not found. ive turned off the media card and all that jazz. any help would be greatly appreciated
