who used the android or symbian mobile phone

now i used Nokia N9,
recently i heard something about android and symbian mobile phone,
a code reader called elm327 bluetooth used on computer,
now this tool can support android and symbian mobile phone use,
who have android and symbian mobile phone, i have elm327 bluetooth code reader, who nearby me(i'm live in new york) with android orsymbian mobile phone,we can be a test.

As far as I am aware the ELM327 is a automotive diagnostic tool.
