Enter MEP2 code in phone. Just check you got the same MEP numbers as I got when you used the tool, I've used your IMEI & MEP to calculate the codes so should be the same. Again, MEP2 is the unlock code. Let us know how you get on.

I used the IMEI & mep code given mate, just copied and pasted into the unlocker tool, ~~~~ knows why it gave me wrong codes used the same tool and successfully unlocked my 9700, glad the op got it sorted anyway pal thanks to Canker :-)
