Unlock Code Samsung E250i

Hey all

i need a way to unlock a samsung SGH E250i mobile phone. its my mums old phone but locked to T-Mobile and i need to unlock her phone to the Orange Network. I dont have a data cable so i cant connect this to a PC to unlock it that way.

most of the google searches ive done say there is a risk of the imei being wiped?

is there a safe way to do this at all ? i live a good few hundred miles away from my mum so i need to do this remotely with a code if possible?

any help would be really appreciated guys..

You have three options.

Call the network for the code

Take it to a shop

Look on ebay

then enter...
*7465625*638*00000000*00000000# (to change NCK code to 00000000)

then enter...
#7465625*638*00000000# (to permanently unlock the phone

You have neglected to say that this will wipe ALL data from the phone!

You have also missed the part where you need to bend the SIM card to slide it into place mid-reboot...

This sometimes works BUT I've seen some people use this and it deletes the IMEI leaving it at all zeros! It's a case of don't pays your money, you take a chance!
