htc phone hangs very often

my htc wildfire s keeps hanging dont know why cant pick up calls every now n then pls suggest remedy.

Try restarting the phone, turn off, take battery out, leave for a few mins then put back in and turn on. If problem still persists back everything up and do a factory reset. Usually solves all software related issues.

Yup my HTC does the same and have to remove battery and re-set EACH time to get it to work.

Following these problems the phone was replaced (it was only 9 weeks old) and the new phone is exhibiting the same symptoms.

Sadly it seems like a HTC phone fault so may have to replace this with a different make. . .Samsung maybe? Anyone out there any notes about the Samsung haninging??

My Samsung Galaxy S2 has never hung! Probably the best phone I've ever owned and the S3 is even better!!
