BlackBerry Storm 9530 OS & USB Help
I have a BlackBerry Storm 9530 that is having major problems!
It is stuck in the white screen that says "Reload Software 507"
When I connect it to the computer via usb, the phone crashes. It gives you the white screen with the box around it and some words, too fast to even read. (with the battery in the phone)
It just keeps doing this every time I try to connect it with the battery in, if I remove the battery my computer will recognize the device and I get the no battery icon on the phone.
I've tried to use the AppLoader (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader), It will recognize the phone without the battery in it and continues until it tries "Reconnecting to JVM".
No matter what I do, keep hitting the retry button.. it just fails!
I've tried putting the battery back in it and it'll just reboot to that same white screen and the AppLoader can not Reconnect to the JVM or complete the process of reloading the OS.
