Hi I need to connect an azda sim to an unlocked Samsung originally an 03 I put sim card in set name as Azda access name azda.com but when I set a number it comes up emergency calls only. Any help would be most welcome

What Samsung is it?

If it was on Three UK it could be set for 3G/UMTS only, check in the Mobile Networks part of the menu.

Was the phone still working on Three?

Give some more information as it saves us from guessing...

Hi Jim. The phone was working on a virgin card OK but I got anew phone . phone is samsumg s5230 if I go into prefered net work it asks for country code network code ,at 74 that's out of my zone

Re my last, I set it as asda WAP then user name goto.asda.com

I believe that sending a SMS with the word ASDA to 44080 should get the WAP/MMS setting sent to your phone. If asked for a PIN when the settings arrive it's 1234.

As ASDA mobile run on Vodafone the MCC & MNC should be 23415 although you shouldn't need this!
