Ive been looking around and its confusing the life out of me... Does the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus use the same battery as the older Galaxy Ace? There seems to be a variatable array of batteries and wall charging battery docks for the old Galaxy Ace, but not it seems for the Galaxy Ace Plus... And knowhere seems to be clear about if the batteries are actually the same fit in both phones.. The only difference I can work out is the Ace Plus uses a 1350mah stock battery, the older Ace only a 1300mah battery.... But does either battery fit in both phones?

The Galaxy Ace S5830 uses a EB494358VU Battery but the S7500 Ace Plus uses a BE464358VU and you can bet that they are slightly different in size or shape! -
Yea, you would think so, its just Ive seen a very small number of sellers selling the batteries indicating they're for both, where as every other seller seems to sell them different for each phone... It'd be good to know if the difference is just the 50mah difference but that they all fit either just the same...Comment

I just checked on E-Bay and they sell them as different batteries and my suppliers have them listed as different even for the generic version!
You may find that they fit but don't charge correctly like the Nokia BL-5C and BL-5CT (the black version) the BL-5CT works in all phones but in many it simply will not charge!Last edited by Jim.Mahoney; 13 October, 2012, 17:40.Comment
