I have a LG Cookie Style T310 pay as you go on T-MOBILE Network.

I am trying to use my contract 3 sim in this phone and unable as it needs to be unlocked.It takes all other sims but not 3.

Most 3 SIM cards are not standard SIM's! They are USIM cards and usually only fit into 3G based handsets. Also, 3 will not allow you to use 2G (the T310 is a 2G device) and even if you could get a signal, they would block your SIM to stop it roaming permanently on O2 because it costs them money!!
