I manually downloaded the maps and copied the maps to my Sygic 12.1.3 "Sygic/Maps" ditectory, but the phone can't read the maps, need to change some settings??

What is the improvement for Sygic 12 over Sygic 11, worth the upgrade?

Please read instructions and follow exactly. If you do, Sygic will work.

I did follow your instruction (see below), but Sygic still can't open the map. I've copied the map to SD card as well as the phone memory, but none of them works.

Please help.

Try renaming the file phl.ta.2013.01 to phl.ta.2012.01
I think it should work then

I tried for several days.
I have finished all the other Parts with success.

Can you do something, e.g. load them up somewhere else?

Hello, a first post, thanks for the opportunity to disclose to you how daft I have been. I have rushed into the installation of v 12.1.3 using Sygic_1Sygic2.1.3.CK.apk however, I hadn't read the posts that would have told me NOT to click OPEN. I not only OPENed but I also downloaded maps through 'MY SYGIC'

The programme is working perfectly but I get the impression that it will cease after a trial period.

Am I correct in assuming that it will stop at sometime soon? Is there anyway, using the files and folders that I already have, to undo my foolhardiness?

I suggest that in the future that you read instructions. It's a lot easier, in the end.
I am not sure how far you got correctly. You will find out after 7 days.

To be clear, at the time of installation, I didn't know of this site so I couldn't have read it first. Simply wanted to know if there is a way of 'retracing' my steps.

Recently bought a Holux m1000C external GPS, still figuring how it works. Tested on both Sygic and Mapswithme Pro, the strange thing is, though my Notes in paired with Holux via Bluetooth, but these two apps still required me to enable internal GPS, wouldn't that drains the battery fast? I thought with the pairing via Bluetooth, I can disable the internal GPS function to conserve battery.

Please assist, thanks.
