You will find most files for the B970 here: DC Files - Huawei B970

You can not unlock these devices by code only via cable... Plus some devices have had the USB interface disabled making unlocking all but impossible!!

i tried before . but also failed every time at Unlocking wireless module

some how i managed to remove this Vodafone
boot
app
resource
and replaced with my desired STC saudi app.boot.etc

but am still facing firmware error , because of corrupt firmware i cant connect my device to pc through USB cable .

before firmware was giving wireless unlock error but now it handshake fail

You either use Unlock phone, modem or data card with DC-unlocker software or take it to a dealer to do.
