I've had Huawei E367 for a while now but still haven't figured out how to activate Three PAYG data sim using just the dongle and Mobile Partner? Every time I insert the new sim, there is no signal (blue flashing light) and therefore cannot activate.
As a work around I have to insert sim into a mobile and then it automatically activates. Surely it's possible to activate via dongle alone is it not?

EDIT: Typical! I knew as soon as I asked I would find the solution.
Mobile Partner > Tools > Options > Network > Registration Mode > Check 'Auto search and register'.
