3 usb wifi dongle FREE pay and go :)

ok please ignore previous post, i have it installed on my new pc

but now it seems to connect for a few secs and then it gets disconnected?!

i have tried it in my laptop and im having the same problem....

anybody else still using this having problems today, or is it just me?!

it keeps connecting and then losing connection, even on my laptop (where it has worked fine previously?!) i have read the whole thread again but only "big fella" had a similar issue but im not sure if or how he resolved it?!

i didnt really use this at all before, i just used to send 2-3 texts every week or two to keep it going, but now i need it and its not working!

all was fine until now, but now it connects for like 2-10 secs then gets disconnected?!

any suggestions?

Right then, it anyone still using this? My Mrs had her's going for 10 months, then O2 caught up with her and banned the free internet bolt-ons from the sim... buggers!

If anyone is still using this, when did you first start using it? We need mobile internet again!!

I hadn't used mine for ages.. threw the PAYG sim into my iPhone.. received the text saying that month 12 of free web and wifi was activated.. back into the dongle.. no probs

I found a program called 'pdanet' which I've installed on my Mrs laptop. It installed a little app on her LG mobile which shares the internet connection between the two... and seeing as she gets free inernet, problem solved!! It's bloody quick too! Works on any Android based phone apparently.

I am just coming up to the full year with mine. Just got a text from O2 informing me my bolt on runs out on July 8th. If I want to cancel the bolt on after this date I have to ring O2 using my I phone. If I don't then I will be charged ?10 a month thereafter.
It's gonna be a bit difficult to cancel as I have never had an Iphone and don't really want one.
Wonder if I can put the sim into any mobile and call the number. Has anyone else had this yet.

yes mate I've had this.. i called the number and couldn't get it to work.. I just keep my balance under ?10 now as its only a spare sim.. call 02 and explain you sold the iphone but bought a cheapo crappy phone and you want the bolt-on canceling

OK.... I put the sim in my mobile (Samsung J700 (Unlocked)) and as luck would have it it registered and gave me all the settings I needed. Called 2202 and after listening to endless menu's I got to the cancel bit.
Send a text message to 21300 saying www off
I got a text straight back saying it would be actioned within 48 hours when a text will be sent to let me know.
Thanks to all concerned in this thread for all the information to get a years free Internet access. Without all your input I would never have got anything.

Not too sure about this but don't 3 do a sim where if you pay on the internet ?5 every 90 days you get free internet usable on it?
Would this work, some how?
