NSPro to JAF help

I've just dug out all of my unlocking equipment so I can set up a dedicated laptop.

Among all the crap I found a JAF box. Now I know the JAF offers an open COM port, so installed the drivers. The problem is that the JAF is a dead box, so there are no up-to-date cables.

Are the NSPro cables compatible?

I've got nothing to hand that I can test. But looking at the info at fonefunshop, NSpro cables work with UFS/HWK boxes, I've also seen UFS & JAF listed as compatible elsewhere & both run on 8pin RJ45 connectors. Now 2+2=4, but do any of you know for certain?

If they are compatible it will make my dongles more useful.

Sweet, just ordered some cables I was missing. Will have a COM port for LG & a few other phones & the cables to play with them.

The JAF Box also works brilliantly with Infinity BEST for BB5 Nokia's - Highly recommended!

I've got two boxes full of nokia cables for the JAF box, but no working software. Only bought it for using as a COM port with other dongles.

At one point I did seperate the more common BB5 cables, but never really see nokia phones now unless they're SL3. Not looking at running flash repairs, just unlocking the most common phones for now.
Tried training my mam & sister on a donlge & XTC clip...not even started trying to explain NSPro. It's like giving a caveman an Apache gunship.

There is software available for the JAF Box that has a software emulated PKey.

You will need to at least load the JAF Box drivers to use it as a dumb interface, let me know if you need them and I'll upload them for you.

For Unlocking and Factory Resets/Security Code Reading, I'd suggest Infinity BEST. It also flashes without failures!! As a bonus it works with JAF or UFS Boxes well.

Thanks Jim. All the drivers are installed & the box is working as far as I can see.

Might have some software kicking around somewhere, just not sure if I've formatted the drive it would of been on.

For now I really don't need it. Having enough problems just getting my thick relatives to leave an email program running all day. They can't even use faceshite!!! As far as my sisters concerned, the laptop is for charging her e-cig...that's it, it has no other function.

I have to show these retards how to use the most simple to use unlocking dongle. So far they can't even pick the right dongle from the case... while holding a picture of it!

It's only a matter of time before I go mental & slash them up Jason style.
