Nokia lumia 800 Network sharing

Hi guys I have a Nokia lumia 800. I also have a desktop pc with 1000s of pictures and music ,is there a way to view them over my wireless network on my Nokia lumia ?

You can upload them via USB cable...

This device is Windoze Mobile and therefore Micro$oft based so, anything that works probably won't work the second time you try it!
