A Problem with my Huawei E1692 Modem

Please every one who can help me in this
i have a Huawei E1692 Modem which i bought from someone entered the unlock code 10 times wrong, i downloaded the firmware update and the dashboard but without any use. It still doesn't recognize my sim. even i tried the code generators and many code writers but in vain
I NEED A SOLUTION URGENTLY if ever exist though!!!!

Try www.dc-unlocker.com can reset the wrong try counter on some modems, not a free of course!

but my real problem is that in Syria we don't have credit cards, i'd like to try dc-unlocker but i can't pay, a big problem isn't it? anyway, thanks for your cooperation
