Not a chance. Since the introduction of KNOX & the security updates all Samsung handsets with 4.3 or above have to be unlocked via code from the Samsung Database.

This is neither free nor cheap to access.

Your only choices are ebay or the network. But if you're not the original owner of the hanset then you can forget the network.
