Currently with EE, I've contacted them 3 times now in nearly 3 weeks about not getting a signal in my house, they've said they will send me a booster out on each occasion but I've still not received it. Surely they are in breach of contract & I should be able to cancel? Any advice guys? Has anyone here managed to cancel a mobile contract because of no signal? I'm seeing mixed messages on the internet. I'm tempted to just send them an email Monday morning & tell them to cancel my contract & see where it goes...
Advice on leaving mobile contract early

I would email them and tell them that you have highlighted your problem 3 times and that THEY are in breach of contract for supplying faulty goods.
Your way would be to put the blame on yourself by leaving them.
Don't know where you are but at this stage (with no back up from them) I would either mention to them the word 'COMREG' or I would contact Comreg.
Best of luck.
PS.If they failed to inform you of an early termination clause (usually 14 days to opt out) or any other terms of contract, then you should land them clearly on their doorstep.Last edited by M T Glass; 7 September, 2014, 18:58.Official Meat-Head Fan Club Member (member number 14300)
