Does the light come on when you connect it to charger?

Had you done any mods to it previously?
I don't know much about the one, but all I would suggest is the reset for a few seconds, and keep your finger on the on button till it hopefully starts.
My 910 sometimes takes a while to boot up. I need to keep on button pressed for about 10 seconds, but... it seems to start straight away when put on my docking station. try yours docked.

If all fails remove the back cover and you will see battery connector on the side of the unit. Disconnect the battery and press and hold on power on so it discharges all the remaining charge in the unit. Reconnect the battrey cable you should be good to go. This usually happens a lot on x10 series specially tomtom go 910 where i also had to replace the battery few times. Costs only ?12 quid.

Cool mate. You certainly know your onions when it comes to Sat Navs.

I do spent alot of time on them . Work in a private hire business with 120 drivers , you can imagine how many tomtoms that would be
