Mio P550 and Mcguider ....help please?

I recently bought the Mcguider teleatlas 2009 SD software since it included maps for Europe including Greece.
The instructions were to insert the SD card and follow instructions.
The P550 did not recognise the card and the effect was nuthing. Loading the same card in my pc cardreader shows all the bits and pieces, so the card is readable.
I have tried reset of the P550 to no avail.

Anybody have any bright ideas?????

Is the card above 2GB?
Because the P550 can handle max 2 Gb.

No, it's the 4 gig card, but they say it's compatible.

They say......LOL

The 4gig card has 1.9 gig used...... I will try copy to a 2 gig card and try again.....Thanx

Spot on, Udvaria, thank you very much. Copied to a 2 gig....had to delete some voices to fit, but workes fine.
