As given earlier in this thread:

Insert a usually unaccepted SIM into modem and the dashboard should ask for a unlock code.

Should this not occur (some branded dashboards don't do this) you'll need to use a PC based dashboard: HERE

I insert unaccepted SIM but there was no dialog for entering unlock code and i tried software but failed

The USB is locked with 3 Bradband company (Mobile phones, Mobile Broadband & SIMs from 3) software and i saw in that 3G features

in my country we use GPRS and EDGE

First i need how to unlock ?

second is this Huawei E122 with this software can be used for EDGE & GPRS?

See my previous post! If your dashboard does not prompt you for a unlock code (assuming that you have installed the modem on your PC) then you'll need to use a generic dashboard from the link given.

The E122 will work on GPRS/EDGE in addition to 3G/HSDPA.
