Thanks,my Huawei is now unlocked,updated and working.

I used the code with Huawei modem code writer,installed the unlock update fw,3g dashboard and manually configured Smart network and it works,thanks.

Put a non-accepted SIM into modem and you should be prompted to enter unlock code. Look back through this thread for more details!
