Update WM4.1 ipaq hw6515d

hi, happy new year 2010 in all, I have a trouble with my hp ipaq hw6515d, Jr. wanted to install opera mini in jar but there is no machine above java because it is the windows mobile is so over j I tried in idem cab file, so if I could get help to put my windows mobile 5 or 6.5 would be better.
