hi trying to install my phone onto computer so i can bluetooth photos onto computer from phone, when installing my bluetooth device it keeps saying ,bluetooth peripheral device, no driver found,can anyone help please, thanks.

Are you trying to install a USB Bluetooth Dongle?
If so did you install the software/drivers that came with it?
What operating system are you using?
What phone are you using?
