    samsung s3100 unlocker needed

Hi, can any of you good guys help me unlock my samsung s3100?
Please guide me on the right software to use as I'm willing to do it by myself.
    Thanks

There's no way you can DIY unlock this without buying the codes.
Your only other option is a shop. Should be ?10 or less.

Be careful if buying the code on-line. I've seen a few bricked samsungs recently where they were given the code *#76 blah, blah, blah... But this only resets the IMEI or phone lock. It will then ask for another code that is a bit harder to come by.

Not sure on the correct length of the subsidy/network lock, but usually between 8 & 14 digits.

Have a look here. But do not enter any codes unless you know exactly what it will do.

Got to agree with previous post 100% - Don't even think of "testing" unknown codes!!

You could try here: Simlock Remote Server - Unlocking & Repairing mobile phones around the world @ Home

Check the menus & look for call divert & call restrictions... Cancel them all.

If this doesn't work check the site on post #2 (if it's working) & look at the secret codes for cancelling diverts & restrictions.

After that you can call your network & ask them to check the IMEI for blacklisting, or help in solving the problem

Just had a thought. If the network advise the phone isn't blacklisted there's one other thing you can try.

Back everything up onto a memory card or a computer.

          Then type in *2767*3855#

This will fully reset the phone to Factory Settings.
